Refund policy

Effective January 31, 2024

Before you decide to return your case, please make sure you chill your Kenetik in the fridge for at least 4-6 hours before drinking it. This helps enhance the taste! If you are considering returning Kenetik: Ketone Concentrate, please first make sure you are following the directions on the bottle and mixing it with enough water.

Kenetik products may only be returned if the content remain in unopened/unused condition.

To initiate your return for return-eligible items, please contact us at orders@drinkkenetik.com within 30 days of your online purchase.

Please note: We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label, but the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund, if applicable. For international returns, the customer is responsible for obtaining their own return shipping label and the costs associated.

Refunds

Once your returned package arrives at our warehouse, please allow 7-10 days for our team to process your return and issue a refund. We will notify you once we’ve received your return, and you’ll be refunded on your original payment method, less the cost of return shipping. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please look over your order when you receive it and contact us immediately by sending a picture of the issue to orders@drinkkenetik.com if the item is damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can make it right.
